摘要
通过分析确定了塑料拔杆的结构和材料,研究了注塑成型过程中引起制品充填不足、飞边和变形等缺陷的原因,采用工艺参数调整和改进浇口位置的方法,最大限度地纠正了制品成型过程中可能出现的问题,有限元分析软件Mold-flow的模拟结果还表明该方法能提高制品的强度。
Through analysing the construction and materil of plastic pulling bar and researching the causes of disfigurements such us less amownt of filling, flash and deformation etc of products during injection form processing. The paper adopted the method of adjustment of processing parameters and improving gate position which can mixiumal correct the problems that may appear during the product forming processing. The simulation results with finite-element analysis Moldflow software showed that the product intensity can be improved by this method.
