摘要
为实现对高抗冲塑料管材抗冲击性能的检测设计了一种新型管材冲击试验设备。该设备采用普通异步电动机和蜗杆减速机作为动力装置;利用直流电磁铁作抓、放锤装置;动滑轮组作为电磁铁电源线自动收放装置。此设备实现了自动落锤冲击试验的作用,它的应用解决了原有检验设备无法对高抗冲塑料管材进行检测的问题。
In order to test the performance of high resisting impact plastic tubes, a new type of tubes impact tester was designed. It adopted common asynchronous motor and worm-gear speed reducer as power device; used DC magnet to scratch and realease the drop hammer; used movable assembly pulley as the automatic releasing device of the DC magnet' s power cable. This equipment brings falling impact test into automatization, its application solved the problem that old machine couldn't test the high resisting impact plastic tubes.
