椰子水自然发酵条件对细菌纤维素生产的影响 被引量:13

摘要 将不同来源的椰子水(露置与密封、发酵时间、发酵温度、发酵前加水稀释等)制备成木醋杆菌产纤维的培养基,考察椰子水对纤维素产量的影响。结果表明:椰子水在20℃、露置、自然发酵20d后最适合用于木醋杆菌生产细菌纤维素,椰子水自然发酵前不要对其进行稀释,自然发酵椰子水中乙酸含量是决定纤维素产量的决定性因素。 A series of coconut juice fermented under different conditions (including fermentation time, fermentation temperature, fermentation exposed to air or not and fermentation after diluted with water)were used as medium for Acebacter xylinum to produce cellulose. The result showed that the coconut juice, which was naturally fermented at 20℃ for 20 d without cover and dilution, was the best medium for cellulose output by A. xylinum. The concentration of acetic acid in fermented coconut juice was the crucial factor affecting cellulose output.
