摘要 随着国内畜牧和养殖业飞速发展,在畜、禽及水产养殖中由于诊断、治疗、预防和饲料添加的需要,扩大了各种兽药的使用范围,增加了各种兽药的使用量,切实提高了畜牧养殖业的产量,取得了显著的经济效益。但是,同时也产生了动物性食品中兽药残留造成的对人体健康的影响,不仅是对消费者健康的影响,同时也成为全球性的共性卫生问题,甚至成为导致国际贸易纠纷的起因。本文分析了甘肃省肉类及乳中抗生素及雌激素的含量水平及检测方法,以及部分地、州、市实际情况的差别,并为进一步修订国家标准提供基础资料。 With rapid development of livestock and aquaculture industry, and necessity of diagnosis, treatment, prevention and addition in feed, the ranges and the varieties of using veterinary drugs were increased and expanded. As a result, the animal husbandry and aquaculture production was effectively improved and remarkable economic benefits were achieved. On the other hand, public health problem caused by drug residues has become global concern. Detection methods were studied and contents of antibiotics and estrogen in meat and milk from Gansu province were measured in this study. It provides some basic information for making national standards in future.
