摘要 简单化合物2,7-二羟基萘经过羟基保护、金属钠还原、加成、酰化、去保护反应,得到了标题化合物。目标化合物经元素分析、核磁共振氢谱、质谱确证其化学结构。本方法原料易得、反应条件温和、操作简单。 7-Hydroxy-2-( N-propyl-N-propionyl ) aminotetralin was synthesized using 2,7-dihydroxynaphth-alene as the raw material via the hydroxyl group protection, reduction by Na, addition ,acylation and deprotection reactions. The chemical structure was confirmed by elementary analysis, MS and ^1HNMR. This synthetic procedure is characterized by mild reaction conditions, simple operation and easily available starting materials.
