定性分析实验教学中存在的问题及对策

摘要 在定性分析实验教学中,要得到方法灵敏、现象明显、结果可靠的鉴定效果,必须严格掌握反应进行的条件,严格控制所加试剂的用量,严格执行规范的操作程序。只有将干扰离子全部掩蔽或消除,保证所用器皿干净清洁,并按照合理的方案进行精心操作、耐心观察、细心判断,才会得到正确的分析结果。分析讨论了部分阳离子在定性检出教学中存在的问题、产生问题的原因及解决的对策。 In order to achieve good identification results in chemical experiments teaching that requires sensitive analytical methods, distinctive phenomena, and reliable experimental results, the reaction conditions, the amount of reagents used in the experimentation, and the operational procedure must be strictly followed. The correct analytical results will be realized if the interfering ions are all sheltered or eliminated, vessels are clean, and analytical methods are proper with well-designed elaboration, careful observation and determination. This paper discusses the problems, and causes leading to the problems in teaching of qualitative identification of cations. The solutions to the problems are proposed in the paper.
