发达国家在国际标准竞争中除了继续巩固自己在国际标准化组织中的主导地位外,还积极实施标准与知识产权结合的战略,力图通过标准与知识产权结合来主导国际市场。我国也应该制定专门的标准化和知识产权战略,以有效应对国际竞争的变化。

The developed countries actively promote combination of standards with intellectual property, through which to try. to lead the international market, apart from continuing to consolidate the dominant position in the international standardization organization. So we should also be devoted to the establishment of standardization and intellectual property strategies, so as to effectively deal with changes in international competition.
