摘要
介绍了热成形技术的原理,分析了加热温度、加热时间、成形速度、冷却速度等工艺参数对热成形过程的影响,并选取汽车典型件成功进行了热成形工艺实验试制,获得了合格的成形件。检测结果表明,成形件的微观组织为理想的条状马氏体,抗拉强度达到1500MPa,完全满足生产要求。
Hot forming is an advanced manufacturing technique emerged in recent years which are specially used to produce automobile high strength steel sheet stamping parts. In this paper, the principle of the shaping method was presented; the influences of forming parameters such as heating temperature, heating time, forming velocity and cooling speed, etc. on the forming process were discussed. Some hot forming experiments for an automobile typical part were successfully carried out. The results show that the component has an optimal lath martensite microstructure with a tensile strength of up to 1 500 MPa. It can fully meet the production requirements.
