摘要
以电连接器绝缘体注射成型模CAD实用系统为研究目标,在分析生产用典型模具结构的基础上,提出了基于三维参数化设计的系统方案,并以UG软件为平台研发了专用的CAD系统模块。针对典型产品的模具CAD系统的研发思路对同类产品研发具有参考价值。
The paper mainly studies an applied CAD system of an injection mould for an electrical connector insulator. On the basis of analysis on the typical structures of injection moulds for the production process, a system solution based on 3D parametric design was proposed and a special CAD system module was developed based on UG software.
