摘要
分析了旋转顶出脱模方法的原理,并计算重要参数螺旋升角,设计出合理旋转顶出脱模装置,最后通过工艺试验证明旋转顶出脱模装置具有脱模阻力小,成形精度高等优点。
Axial ejector mechanism is usually used in precision cold extrusion die for stripping of parts. The resistance is large due to the forming springback of thin walled parts like a concave slide shoe for ball, thus resulting in part deformation or die damage. In order to solve the problem, rotary of cores is arranged to act before ejector device works for eliminating the microscopic me- chanical binding force between the die core and inner surface of the slide shoe. In this paper, the principle of rotary stripping was analyzed and the lead angle was calculated. Experiments prove that the die has a small resistance in stripping of the products and high forming accuracy.
