摘要 通过对轻卡转向节锻件的工艺分析,制定了合理的工艺方案。对锻件在生产过程中可能出现的问题进行了分析,提出了解决办法。还介绍了模具结构特点,合理设计了预终锻模型腔,并估算了终锻成形力,满足设备要求。通过试验锻造出了合格的锻件,验证了该工艺切实可行,模具设计合理可靠。 A feasible process scheme was made for forming the steering knuckle of a light truck based on technological analysis on the forging of the part. Defects that probably occur during the manufacturing process were studied and a solution was proposed. The cavity of a perform die and a finish forging die was designed and the die forging forming force was estimated. Qualified forgings were made through physical experiments that show the technique feasible and dependable.
