摘要
自动消弧线圈在运行中存在着电容电流测量误差偏大、调谐过多等问题,针对这些问题,笔者进行了分析,得出互感器输入信号过低导致了电容电流测量误差偏大,应尽量增大中性点电压以减小互感器误差,提高电容电流测量精度。对于调谐过多的问题,笔者提出了几种改进方法。这些方法的应用提高了电容电流的精度,减少了调谐次数,增强了产品的性能和可靠性,试验结果和现场运行证明了这些方法的可行。
Arc-suppression coils have such problems as big error in capacitive current measuring and excessive tuning. By analyzing the problems, it is found that weaker input signal of mutual inductor results in the error in capacitive current measuring, therefore a method of increasing amplitude of neutral voltage is presented to improve capacitive current measuring accuracy. Moreover, some methods are also proposed to solve the excessive tuning problem. Experiment and field operation show that these methods can improve capacitive current measuring accuracy and reduce tuning operations, thus enhancing performance and reliability of automatic arc-suppression coils.
