社交恐怖症的临床症状特征

A study of the clinical symptomatology of social phobia

对５０例社交恐怖症（ＳＰＨ）病人与６５例正常人按要求填写社交回避与苦恼量表（ＳＡＤ），抑郁自评量表（ＳＤＳ），Ｍａｕｄｓｌｅｙ强迫症状问卷（ＭＭＯＣＩ），症状自评量表（ＳＣＬ—９０），评分结果与国内常模进行比较，同时对病人的社会功能缺陷筛选量表（ＳＤＳＳ）进行评定。结果发现，ＳＰＨ病人ＳＣＬ—９０评分除躯体化和敌对因子分外，其它各因子分均高于国内常模，病人的ＳＡＤ、ＳＤＳ和ＭＭＯＣＩ分均显著高于对照组。表明ＳＰＨ病人社交焦虑和回避行为明显，且常伴有明显抑郁和强迫症状。对伴有抑郁和强迫症状的ＳＰＨ病人分析结果表明，病人的症状较重，社会功能受损明显。表明抗焦虑。

Objective:To explore the clinical features of social phobia. Method:50 cases of social phobia and 65 cases of normal controls were assessed on the Social Avoidance and Distress Scale(SAD), Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) and the Modified Maudsley Obssessive-Compulsive Inventory(MMOCI).Sympton Checklist 90 was assessed only on SPH patients. Results:All factors scores on SCL-90 are significantly higher in SPH patients except the factor score of somatization and hostility.The scores on SAD,SDS,and MMOCI are significantly higher in SPH patients. Discussion:These findings may suggest that the combined treatment of social phobia with anxiolytics,antidepressants and SSRIs may be clinically efficacious.
