社区康复治疗对精神分裂症后抑郁的疗效观察

The efficacy of community treatment of post-schizophrenic depression

对精神分裂症伴抑郁的患者，进行不同的社区康复措施，结果表明。

Objective:To study the efficacy of community treatment in patients with post-schizophrenic depression. Method:38 patients with post-schizophrenic depression were treated with community rehabilitation program for 6-12 months.Treatment response was monitored with the CES-D,NDI and SDSS before and after treatment. 67 patients with same diagnosis were recruited as controls. Results:The treatment group had fewer relapses and readmissions.The NDI and SDSS scores were also significantly lower. Discussion:The community treatment program is effective in preventing relapses and cutting readmissions in patients with post-schizophrenic depression. 
