热镀锌助镀液在线循环使用的研究与应用

摘要 热镀锌助镀液在线循环工艺技术,是将溶剂引入中和反应槽,加氢氧化铵溶液调节pH≤5.5,再加双氧水使二价铁变成三价铁;按一定的比例加入聚丙烯酰胺,将中和槽出水引至引气气浮设备内进行固液分离处理,清液回到溶剂槽循环使用。该项技术工艺过程简单、易行,提高了产品质量,节约了镀锌成本,而且不会造成环境污染。 The technology of solvent for hot dip zinc plating circulation on line can be concluded as : introducing solvent to neutralization reaction tank; regulating pH to make it no more than 5.5 by adding ammonium hydroxide solution; in addition, adding hydrogen peroxide in order to oxidize the Fe^2+ to Fe^3+ ; adding polyacrylamide in a certain proportion and then introducing the solution in the neutralization reaction tank to air-flotation equipment to complete solid-liquid separation; the clear liquid flows back to the solvent cycling tank for reuse. This technological process is simple and easy to operate. It can improve product quality, save cost and do not cause environmental pollution.
