摘要
使用OCC纸浆抄造包装用牛皮卡纸时,OCC纸浆纤维的表面光学特性对牛皮卡纸的染色有着重要的影响。未经处理的OCC纸浆颜色发暗,亮度及鲜艳度较差,L*值偏低,在染色前需要适度地提高OCC纸浆的白度,改善浆料的色泽。H2O2是一种温和的保留木素型漂剂,漂白时OCC纸浆的得率损失很小,实验表明在一定的工艺条件下,单段H2O2轻度漂白在短时间内完全可以改善OCC纸浆的色泽。
The Kraft Liner dyeing was affected by the surface optical capability of the fibre in OCC pulp, when OCC pulp was used to manufacture the Kraft Liner. The tinct of OCC pulp was matted and L^* was small before the hydrogen peroxide bleaching, so the brightness of OCC pulp was required to moderately enhance before dyeing. Hydrogen peroxide was a kind of mild bleacher, which could preserve the lignin during the bleaching, and reduce the loss yield of the OCC pulpo The experiment showed that one-stage hydrogen peroxide bleaching could attain the moderate brightness with accurate bleaching technics in a short time.
