摘要
研究山梨醇、氯化钠、C16-18醇聚氧乙烯醚以及苯甲酸钠等四种试剂作为添加物对纤维素酶APL性能的影响,通过单因素分析实验和正交实验,得出纤维素酶APL复配添加量最优方案为:氯化钠10g/L,山梨醇6g/L,C16-18醇聚氧乙烯醚2g/L,苯甲酸钠2g/L;而且复配纤维素酶的生物抛光效果基本能达到纤维素酶APL的生物抛光效果。
The effects of additives such as sorbitol, sodium chloride, C16-18 polyoxyethylene ether and sodium benzoate on cellulase APL are studied. The best compounding formulation for cellulase APL with satisfactory bio-polishing effect is obtained through experiments.
