摘要
比较了羟丙基瓜尔胶和海藻酸钠印花糊料的粘度性能及棉织物活性染料印花效果。结果表明,羟丙基瓜尔胶成糊率高,PVID值比海藻酸钠印花糊料低,更接近平网印花对糊料粘度的要求,且耐酸碱性更强。羟丙基瓜尔胶糊料印花织物的K/S值与海藻酸钠糊料的接近,且摩擦牢度较好,可以部分代替海藻酸钠作为印花糊料,并可降低生产成本。
Hydroxypropyl guar gum and sodium alginates are compared in terms of their viscosity and printingeffect on cotton fabric with reactive dyes. The results show that hydroxypropyl guar gum can partly replace thesodium alginate as printing thickener and lower the production cost.
