高温超导微波器件应用研究进展和建议

摘要 高温超导微波技术已经成熟,在美国、欧洲等国家核心战略系统中(例如美国的全球数据传输系统)占有重要地位,在提高通信、雷达等实际系统性能中发挥了重要作用。中科院物理所的应用研究已从核心技术攻关阶段、联机试验验证阶段,进入到用户设备使用阶段。文中对我国超导研究面临的核心技术问题以及领导、规划、项目组织、研究体制等提出了建议。 Since the discovery of high temperature superconductors (HTS) in 1986, remarkable progress have been achieved in the developments and applications of HTS microwave devices all over the world, of which a briefly review is presented. Efforts have been also conducted in the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, especially for the developments and applications of high performance HTS filters and subsystems. Examples are reported, i. e. , satisfactory results were achieved in reducing the noise temperature by 73% of the conventional satellite receiver front-end and in passing through the rigorous space qualification mechanical tests of HTS filters and field trail of the meteorological radar showed that with the HTS subsystem the sensitivity and anti-interference ability of the radar were greatly improved. The key technologies to be developed for further applications and the main problems to be solved in the management and administration of research activities are also discussed.
