摘要
当前,我国城市商业呈现出拉动居民消费快速增长、生活性服务业比重不断提升、社区商业全力推进、网上购物迅猛发展等新特点。未来5~10年,城市商业仍将是扩大内需的主要渠道,并将出现区域竞争与合作并存、生活性服务业蓬勃发展等趋势。
Currently, the city commerce in China has presented some new characteristics: residents' consumption driven to grow rapidly, proportion of consumer services keeping increasing, community commerce developing with full strength, on-line shopping expanding rapidly, etc. In five to ten years ahead, city commerce will still be the main channel to enlarge domestic demand with a trend that regional competition will coexist with cooperation and that consumer services will be booming.
