Application of Carbon Nanotube in Organic Solar Cells

摘要 碳纳米管是一种重要的纳米材料,讨论了碳纳米管在有机太阳能电池的光活性层及透明电极两方面的应用,综述了碳纳米管独特结构、性质对其在电池器件性能的影响,并在此基础上,提出了碳纳米管研制工艺的改良方法,展望了碳纳米管基有机太阳能电池今后的发展趋势. Carbon nanotube (CNT) is an important nano-material. Discusses the application of CNT in the photoactive layer and the transparent electrode of organic solar cells. The relationship between its special structure, properties and the performance of organic photovoltaic devices is summarized. On the basis of this discussion, The improved methods of Carbon nanotube technology to develop and the research trends of CNT based organic solar cells are proposed.
