摘要
我国矿产资源采掘业的产出主要依靠资金拉动,是粗放式的增长方式,因此准确地评价矿山企业技术进步的水平,指出其改进措施是十分重要的。建立了铁矿企业科技进步评价指标体系,运用专家群量化赋权方法确定指标权重,运用价值工程分析法分析了矿山企业科技进步价值水平,运用灰色关联矩阵分析了铁矿企业科技投入与产出之间的关联关系。通过实例分析,指出了影响某铁矿企业科技进步的核心投入与产出指标,对于推动矿山企业的科技进步、实现矿山企业的可持续发展具有一定的指导意义。
Sci- technology was the first production power. Sci- technology was very importment in economy development and sustainable developmeut of the mining company. Now, the mining industry output was poor of sci - technology, its development depended on the capital and the man power.Therefore,it was very importment to point out the situation of the mining company sci- technology and the evolution content in detailed. This paper constructed the evaluation index system. It confirmed the weight of the index depend on the specialist group, analyzed the grey - relationship degree between the input and output index of the company sci- technology.Thoughout the practice example, the authors pointed out the key index that resisted the iron mining company level of the sci- technology progress. It was very importment to realize the sustainable development of the mining company.
