摘要
Base on the history data from the article itself,to study the knowledge of the history of science and technology and other related knowledge.There are not only agriculture knowledge,but also the chemical knowledge and Craft manufacture knowledge such as wine,salt;There are not only the knowledge of the common farmers to produce food for himself consumption categories at that time,but also local customs unique to the production of knowledge-snacks category,and so on.By these knowledge,we might understand the basic style of "rural"、"agriculture"and "farmers"about Guangdong in late Ming dynasty and early Qing dynasty.
