Analysis of Dentition Index of Malocclusion of Angle Class Ⅱ Division 2

目的:探讨Angle’Ⅱ类2分类错Bolton比和Pont指数不调的发生率及性别差异,为临床正畸治疗提供参考。方法:收集65例Angle’Ⅱ类2分类患者牙模型,计算Bolton比和Pont指数不调的发生率,应用SPSS10.0软件包分析性别有无差异。结果:Angle’Ⅱ类2分类错中,Bolton比和Pont指数的分布为Bolton比过小组>Bolton比正常组>Bolton比过大组,而Pont指数较大组>Pont指数正常组>Pont指数较小组,但Bolton比和Pont指数均不存在性别差异。结论:正畸治疗Angle’Ⅱ类2分类错前,应考虑模型的测量分析。

Objective：To investigate the incidenee and sex differenee of Bolton ratios and Pont index of malocclusion of Angle Class Ⅱ Division 2 so as to provide some references for orthetic treatment. Methods：This study was performed for dental casts of 65 patients＇of Class Ⅱ Division 2. The incidence of Bohon ratio and Pont index were calculated. SPSS 10.0 was applied for comparisons between different sexes. Results：In mah）eclusion of Class Ⅱ Division 2, the percentage of Bolton ratio distribution was：the group of the minor Bohon ratio 〉the group of the normal Bolton ratio 〉the group of the major Bohon ratio, and the percentage of Pont index distribution was the group of the major Pont index〉 the group of the normal Pont index 〉 the group of the minor Pont index, while both the Bohon ratio and Pont index presented no significant difference between sexes. Conclusion：Dental east should be measured before the therapy for malocclusion of Class Ⅱ Division 2.
