自体刃厚皮片点状游离移植术治疗糖尿病足溃疡

The clincal use of split skin graft in treatment of diabetetic foot ulcer

目的:探讨自体刃厚皮片游离移植术在治疗糖尿病足溃疡病中的临床作用。方法:随机选择糖尿病足合并溃疡患者38例,经控制血糖及创面处理后,采用自体刃厚皮片点状游离移植术治疗局部溃疡。结果:38例糖尿病足溃疡均治愈。结论:自体刃厚皮片游离移植术是治疗糖尿病足溃疡的有效方法。

Objective： To report our experience in the transplantation of split skin graft on diabetic foot ulcer. Methods ： After treatment with insulin,antibiotics and wound surface managements,the split skin grafts were transplanted in 38 patients with diabetic foot ulcer. Results：All patients achieved complete wound healing. Conclusion： Split skin graft is effective in treating diabetic foot nicer.
