摘要
分析了百叶窗帘织物的技术参数设计和织制特点,对现有织样机进行了技术改造,完成了样布的试织.在参考来样的基础上,确定了大部分织物技术参数,对织物中组织2、3部分纬纱捻度、纬纱密度对织物硬挺整理后折叠部分和支撑部分硬挺度的影响用正交实验法进行了讨论,并以此讨论结果作为这两项技术参数选择的依据.
The article analyzed technical parameter design and weaving characters of Baiye curtain fabric, did some transformation for the existing loom and completed the weaving of the sample fabric. On the basis of reference sample, it fixed most of the technical parameters and discussed the Stiffness after stiffening finish of folding part and supporting part which is influenced by weft twist and weft density of fabric structure 2 and 3.It was discussed by orthogonal experimental method. It made the results of the discussion as the basis for the Selection of the two technical parameters.
