摘要
报道以碘代苯和末端炔为原料,以氯化钯和1,1’-双(二苯基膦)二茂钴六氟磷酸盐(dppc+PF6-)的混合体系为催化剂,在离子液体3-甲基-1-丁基咪唑六氟磷酸盐([BMIm][PF6])中的Sonogashira反应。实验表明,该催化体系极易与产物分离,重复使用七次后,其偶联产物的收率仍达90%以上。
A highly efficient Dppc^+ PF6^- -PdCl2 - [ BMIm] [ PF6] catalytic system has been developed for the Sonogashira coupling reaction of aryl iodides with terminal acetylenes. The catalytic system allows for facile separation and can be recycled at least seven times, rate of coupling reaction can exceed 91 percent.
