摘要
"合训分流"是生长指挥军官培训的重要组训方式,合训学员如何进行分流是急需解决的问题。学历教育院校和任职教育院校的培养目标、性质不同,决定了仅依赖于定性的人员分流或简单定量的人员分流都是不够的,这就需要进一步研究较为科学有效的分流方法以实现军事院校教育效益最大化的目标。鉴于人员必然存在的定性评价,定性和定量相结合的方法是较为合理的研究方法,结合模糊数学的方法,通过研究给出了优化的模型。
Currently, academic training and on-post training academies have been established and separated, but the corresponding split-flow measures of coordinated training cadets haven' t been found. The differences in cultivating targets and qualities between them determine that the spilt-flow of cadets can' t only depend on qualitative or qualitative analysis. It needs further studying scientific and effective methods to realize the maximum benefit target of military academies. Considering there exists qualitative evaluation of people, the one, which combines qualitative and qualitative analysis method, is more reasonable. In this paper, by using fuzzy mathematics, the optimal models are gained.
