摘要
针对研究生教育过程的创造力可持续开发问题,简要阐述了创造力开发的基本内涵。联系研究生培养和教育实践,分析了研究生创造力开发的影响因素,着重对如何激发研究生的创造力可持续开发作了归纳和总结。
In order to solve the problem of sustainable development of the postgraduate＇ screafivity, the basic content of the creativity development is explained briefly. Based on the training and educational practice of the postgraduates, the impact is analyzed, and the methods which can effectively motivate the students to focus on the sustainable development of creativity are summed up.
