摘要
本文在硫酸盐型镀锡液中,加入碳纳米管,采用复合电沉积工艺制备锡基碳纳米管复合材料,作为锂离子电池负极。利用扫描电镜进行微区形貌观察,比较了搅拌条件下和在超声作用下制备的复合材料的不同,超声作用下制备的复合镀层微观表面平整,碳纳米管在基体中均匀分散,其与基体结合良好。依据实验对超声在复合电沉积过程中作用机理给出了初步的解释。
The Sn-CNTs composite as negative electrode materials for lithium-ion batteries were prepared by composite electrodeposition onto copper foil with CNTs of 3 g/L added into sulphate tin plating bath. The action of magnetic stirring and ultrasonic agitation was study by SEM to observe their morphologies. It is verified that the surface of the composite is quite smooth ; CNTs are uniform dispersed throughout the matrix. In these cases, the effect of the ultrasonic agitation on the eodeposition is ascertained.
