蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗糖尿病及改善胰岛素抵抗的临床观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of diabetes mellitus with svate and its function of improving insulin resistence

目的：探讨用蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗糖尿病及改善胰岛素抵抗的临床效果。方法：对２４例口服降糖药血糖平均１２９ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ的非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者治疗３个疗程（其中２３例伴有高血压），观察空腹血糖（ＦＢＧ）、空腹血浆胰岛素（ＦＩＮＳ）、空腹血浆Ｃ肽（Ｃ－Ｐ）、血脂、心电图和血压治疗前后变化。２４例均具有胰岛素抵抗的特征。结果：经统计学处理ＦＢＧ、ＦＩＮＳ治疗后明显下降，Ｃ－Ｐ变化与ＦＩＮＳ有一致性，低密度脂蛋白、甘油三脂下降，高密度脂蛋白升高。结论：蝮蛇抗栓酶具有抗凝、去脂、去纤、降糖等作用，对于治疗糖尿病及改善胰岛素抵抗具有较好的疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of svate on the treatment of diabetes mellitus and its function of improving insulin resistence.Methods:Twenty-four cases with NIDDM whose levels of FBG averaged 129 mmol/L were treated with oral hypoglycemic agent combined with three courses of svate,twenty-three cases were complicated with hypertension.FBG,FINS,C-P,LP,ECG and BP were determined before and after the treatment.Insulin resistence was proved to be present in all cases.Results:The levels of FBG and FINS after treatment decreased significantly (P<005),C-P levels were consistent with those of FINS,LDL,TG and TC levels decreased,while the levels of HDL increased.Conclusions:Svate has better indication for treating diabetes mellitus and improving insulin resistence.
