摘要
《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》GB50500-2008业已施行,其内容涵盖了工程从招标到竣工结算的全过程,规范了清单计价过程的不规范行为。施工企业根据此规范结合相关法规、文件的精神在签订合同时就对风险进行防范,有助于改变施工企业风险巨大索赔困难的被动局面。文章试图提示施工企业在签订合同时对相关条款精细化将风险降至最小。
《Code of valuation with bill quantity of construction works》GB50500-2008 has been implemented, which covers complete process of the construction project. This standard sets the code of conduct for bill of quantity of construction project. The construction enterprises are responsible to follow this standard, sign the contract with risk-resisting consciousness. This pricing standard assists construction enterprises convert their passive positions and reduce financial risks. In this article, the strategies about specific contract signing will be discussed in order to minimize risk.
