摘要
本文综述了高效液相色谱法在天然产物中的分析和分离,包括萜类、生物碱类、黄酮类、香豆素类、皂苷类、甾类、醌类等化合物,并对此方法做了简要的总结和展望。
This paper reviews the HPLC in the analysis and separation of the natural products ,including terpenoid, alkaloids ,flavonoids, coumarin, Saponins, steroidal, Quinones, and other compounds.This review also described a brief summary and outlook.
