摘要
制革膨胀是影响制革产品质量和污染排放的重要工序。传统石灰浸灰污染严重,但价廉易控制。从石灰浸灰、少灰浸灰到无灰膨胀是制革清洁化必然过程。本文综述了几种膨胀方法和目前存在的问题。
Swelling is one of important working procedure which influences the leather quality and contamination discharge in leather processes. Tradition liming with lime has high pollutants but cheap in value and easy in control. As a result, it is inevitable for the clean technology to swelling from using complete lime to a few of lime and lime-free. A summarization in this paper deals with some kinds of swelling procedures and problems in them,
