芍药花芽分化过程的显微研究

Micro-study on flower bud differentiation of Paeonia lactiflora Pall.

采用石蜡切片技术和解剖观察,对芍药的花芽分化过程进行显微研究。结果表明,芍药的芽为混合芽,花芽分化进程包括苞片原基形成期、花萼原基形成期、花瓣原基形成期、雄蕊原基形成期和雌蕊原基形成期;同时,雄蕊和雌蕊有瓣化现象。

In this paper, by the technology of paraffin the process of the flower bud differentiation on Paeonia lactiflora Pall. was observed section and dissection. The result showed that the bud of Paeonia lactiflora Pall. was mix bud; bud differentiation process included the several rudimentum form period of bract, calyx, petal, stamen and pistil; at the same time, stamen and pistil had phenomenon of clack differentiation.
