促进大鼠消化功能的中药组方筛选研究

Selection of traditional Chinese medicine recipe for promoting the digestive function of rats

为开发专用中药饲料添加剂、试验检测大鼠的消化功能、筛选出促进消化功能的最佳中药组方和添加比例,将180只6周龄雄性Wistar大白鼠随机分为1个对照组(C)和9个试验组,每组18只。试验组分别饲喂添加有组方Ⅰ的1%、2%、4%中药、组方Ⅱ的1%、2%、4%中药、组方Ⅲ的1%、2%、4%中药的鼠粮,对照组饲喂正常鼠粮。在饲喂28和42d,分别对大鼠日增重、胃排空率、小肠推进率、胃蛋白酶活力等消化指标进行测定。试验结果表明,1%组方Ⅲ组、2%组方Ⅲ组大白鼠的日增重、胃排空率、小肠推进率、胃蛋白酶活力显著优于对照组,说明1%组方Ⅲ组、2%组方Ⅲ组的中药组方对大鼠消化功能有促进作用。

In order to develop the feed additives of traditional Chinese medicine, the rats were adopted as the experimental model, the chosen traditional Chinese medicine was added into the rat feeds to choose the best recipe and drug proportion by detecting the digestive function of rats after having fed the rats in the experimental period. Total 180 six-week-old Wister male rats were randomly divided into a control group （C） and nine experimental groups of 18. The experimental groups were separately fed with rat feeds containing 1%, 2%, 4% of the drug of recipe Ⅰ , 1%, 2%, 4% of the drug of recipe Ⅱ, 1%, 2% , 4% of the drug of recipe Ⅲ, while the control group was fed normal rat food. At the 28 and 42 d, the daily increasing gain, the gastric emptying rate, the rate of small intestinal promotion, the activity of pepsin, and other dynamic indicators were respectively measured. The results showed that the daily increasing gain, the rate of gastric emptying, the rate of small intestine promotion, and the activity of pepsin of rats in 1% of the drug of recipe Ⅲ and 2% of the drug of recipe Ⅲ were significantly better than that of the control group, which meant that 1% of the drug of recipe Ⅲ and 2% of the drug of recipe Ⅲ improved the digestive function of rats.
