摘要
选用90日龄雄性东北大白鹅45只,随机分成3组,分别为对照组、半胱胺(Cysteamine,CS)组、CS+乳杆菌组,通过在基础日粮中添加CS及乳杆菌来观察合用对鹅增重的影响。结果表明,两者均能促进鹅的增重,与对照组相比,CS组与CS+乳杆菌组的鹅增重分别提高了21.36%和27.21%(P<0.05);CS组及两者合用组的腹脂率分别下降了14.99%和16.13%(P<0.05)。
Total 45 of 90-day-old northeast white geese were randomly divided into three groups: control group, CS (Cysteamine) group, and CS added Bacterium lacticum group. Adding CS and Bacterium lacticum to basic dietary studied the effects of CS, and CS mixed Bacterium lacticum on weight gain of geese. The results showed that compared with the control group, weight gain of the experimental groups increased by 21.36% and 27.21% (P〈0.05), the abdominal fat rate cut down by 14.82% and 12.66% respectively(P〉0.05).
