超声波辅助提取苜蓿皂苷及其纯化研究 被引量:6

摘要 苜蓿皂苷是紫花苜蓿中含有的主要生物活性物质之一,已证实其具有降低动物机体及血浆中胆固醇含量的作用,因此,随着人们对苜蓿皂苷生物活性的不断认识,其提取及纯化已经受到越来越广泛的关注。本试验采用超声波辅助进行醇法提取,使用大孔吸附树脂富集纯化苜蓿皂苷。通过试验,确定了超声波辅助醇提的最佳条件为:乙醇浓度70%、提取时间60min、固液比1:10。富集苜蓿皂苷的最适的吸附树脂型号为AB-8,吸附平衡后,洗脱液的最适乙醇浓度为75%。 Medicago sativa saponins is one of the mainly bioactive compound in the alfalfa, it has been confirmed that Medicago sativa saponins had the function of decreacing cholesterol content in animal organism and the blood plasma. Now the extraction and purification of the Medicago sativa saponins has been paid more attention with the researcher's cognition to it. The experiment studied the extraction with alcohol assisted supersonic wave and the purification process with the aeroretieular resin. The results showed that the suitable condition of assisted supersonic wave in the extraction was ethanol concentration 70%, 60 min, solid-liquid ratio 1:10. The suitable acroreticular resin was AB-8, after absorption equilibrium, the concentration of the alcohol was 75%.
