摘要
随着中国市场全面开放,跨国企业凭借资金、技术和人才优势,弥补网络、低成本和本土化方面的缺陷,在中国获得较快发展,中国物流企业面临激烈竞争。文章从分析跨国竞争背景下我国物流企业现状出发,对跨国竞争条件下我国物流企业的战略应对,进行了理论研究。
With the liberalization of the Chinese market, multinational companies by virtue of advantages in capital, technology and talent, made up defects in the network, low-cost and localized, and got faster development in China. Under the background of above, China's logistics enterprises are facing fierce competition. This paper made the theoretical research by analyzing the situation of China's logistics enterprises, draw the conclusion that under the conditions of cross-border competition which strategy the China's logistics enterprises should adopt.
