摘要
文章在对集群式供应链系统的风险进行定义的基础上,结合金融风险管理中广泛使用的识别工具——情景分析法和流程图法,对集群式供应链系统的风险识别方法进行了分析,完善了产业集群式供应链系统风险管理的相关内容。
Based on the difinition of the risk of supply chain system of industry clusters, combining widely used tools in the field of finance risk management scenario analysis method and flow chart method, this paper analyse the method of the risk identification of supply chain system of industry clusters, then improved the content of industrial cluster supply chain risk management.
