上海世博会智能服务支持系统研究

摘要 针对上海世博会中的安全问题和服务问题,利用信息、传感、通讯和决策技术,构建了上海世博会智能服务支持系统,给出了此系统的基本功能,设计了系统的基本结构。此系统的建立可以有效地缓解世博会的安全问题,并为参观者、参展商提供优质的服务。 To solve the safety and service problems in Shanghai World Expo This paper built an intelligent service support system for Shanghai World Expo making use of the technology of information, sensor and transmitting, communication and decisionmaking. The basic functions of the system were given and the basic structure of the system was designed. This system can efficiently alleviate the safety problems in World Expo and at the same time provide high-quality service for visitors and exhibitors.
