摘要
双环顺式硝基亚甲基类新烟碱化合物IPP系列具有较高的杀虫活性,对吡虫啉抗性的虫害生物活性显著高于吡虫啉,具有良好的市场前景。以活性最佳的哌虫啶为目标化合物,运用正交试验的方法,HPLC跟踪检测,对其合成工艺进行了优化,最终得到最优条件是原料摩尔配比1:15,浓HCl催化,催化量为0.3mL/3mmol,反应时间36h,在该条件下得到最终收率为92%。
Dicyclic nitromethylene neonicotinoid with cis-configuration, IPP series, exhibited high insecticidal activities which were superior to imidacloprid, and they had good market prospects. Our goal was to find the optimized synthesis technology of paichongding so as to be applied in industrial production on the condition of environmental friendship and high yields. Used orthogonal experimental and monitored by HPLC, the target compounds were obtained in 92% yield at the best conditions following: ratio rate 1 : 15, catalyzed by 0.3 mL/3 mmol con. HCL, reaction time of 36 hours.
