摘要 为实现用仿真系统替代实际装备来训练维修人员的目的,针对某型炮射导弹武器系统维修训练的任务、过程和特点,研究了维修人员虚拟维修训练系统过程仿真模型、基于HLA分布式装备虚拟维修训练联邦成员结构和设计及基于神经网络的专家系统结构、知识库建立和推理机制,给出了装备虚拟维修训练系统的系统组成、体系结构和基于神经网络的智能故障诊断专家系统构建的具体实现过程。实践证明,该系统为复杂装备的维修训练提供了一种新的途径和手段。 In order to use simulation system as a substitute for real equipment in maintenance person training, aimed at the task, process and characteristics of maintenance training for a certain type of gun-launched missile weapon system, the simulation model of maintenance person virtual system in process of maintenance training was established. Federation member structure and design of the virtual maintenance training based on HLA distribution rule, expert system architecture, knowledge base construction and reasoning mechanism based on neural network were studied. The concrete process to implement the system components, architecture of virtual maintenance training system and the intelligent fault diagnosis ex- pert system construction based on the neural network were given. The practice proved that this system can provide a new kind of way and means for maintenance training of complex equipment.
