摘要 步进电机的运行性能与步进电机的驱动器的优劣密切相关,在研究各种驱动技术的基础上,设计了一个五相步进电机斩波恒流驱动系统,通过单片机使系统以简单的电路实现了对电机绕组电流的数字闭环控制,通过复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)实现了五相步进电机的环形分配。介绍了各部分功能模块的功能,叙述了硬件设计和软件实现。该方案具有体积小、成本低和实用性强等优点,具有较高的工程应用价值。实践证明该方案可以有效地提高五相步进电机系统的运行效果。 Operational performances of stepping motor have close relation to good or bad of its drivers. Based on the research on a variety of drive technology, a kind of driving system of hybrid stepping motor with constant-current chopping was developed. Digital closed loop control of motor winding current was realized with the help of microchip and simple circuit. Complex programmable logic device (CPLD) was adopted to realize circular distribution of five-phase stepping motor. Function of each part module was in- troduced, and hardware design and software realization were described. The project has some advantages of small volume, low cost, high and convenient availability etc. , so it is valuable to engineering aplication. The experimental results demonstrated that this control method can effectively improve the running performances of five-phase stepping motor system.
