摘要
炮膛内随时间变化的压力值是评定火炮和弹药内弹道性能的主要指标。由于压力测试系统本身误差的存在,影响了其变化值的测试精度,而在国内对输出的压力数据精度也没有现成的标准或规范。针对这个问题,通过介绍电测压力方法的原理和系统组成,分析了系统各组成器件对测试精度的影响,得出了各组成环节中影响压力数值精度的主要参数,通过建立误差分析的数学模型,依据统计学原理中误差传递理论和公式,计算模拟了测试系统测量过程中基于系统器件所带来的测试误差,给出了测试系统的测试精度。系统误差分析方法与精度计算结果为今后内弹道实验压力测试中压力数据的输出精度提供了理论依据。
In-bore pressure value varied with time is a main index to evaluate interior ballistic performances of gun and ammunition. The errors of pressure test system have influence on test precision of pressure variation value, while at present there is no general norm and current standard in the field of output pressure data precision. Aimed at this problem, by means of analysis of effect of system's components on test precision, the main parameters that affect pressure data precision were obtained. By means of establishment of mathematics model of error analysis, according to error transmission theory and equations in the statistics, the test errors resulted from system components in the test process of test system were calculated and simulated, and the test precision of test system was given. The system error analysis method and precision calculation results can provide theory basis for output precision calculation of pressure data in the interior ballistic experiment in the future.
