摘要
针对现有涉及塞贝克系数测试装置的结构复杂,测试过程耗时较长,测量精度较低等问题,采用准确的高电压电流控制电路,并基于模糊自调整PID控制器,设计一种新型的塞贝克系数测量仪。该系统可以从任意方向对热电材料的塞贝克系数进行测量。实验证明,该测量仪抗干扰能力较强,控制及测量精度高。
Concerning the problems of complex structure,time consuming and low control precision, a new Seebeck coeffi- cient measuring system is designed, which contains precise voltage and current control module, it is based on fuzzy self - tuning PID controller. The measurement system can measure samples in either directions. Experiments show that the system is of good noise immunity,high controlling and measuring precision.
