摘要
研究了壳聚糖衍生物固定床对Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附性能,考察了改性前后吸附剂对Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附容量,以及改性后壳聚糖吸附剂在不同pH值、Cu(Ⅱ)浓度等条件下吸附过程的穿透曲线.结果表明:改性后的吸附剂吸附性能大大改善,改性前后吸附剂的吸附量分别为1.86×10-3mol/g和2.07×10-3mol/g,改性后吸附带长度与改性前相比减少了0.95 cm;pH值增大、Cu(Ⅱ)溶液浓度增大有利于提高吸附柱利用率.
The adsorbent characteristic of Cu ( Ⅱ) by the fixed-bed of chitosan ramification was studied under different experiment conditions, such as acidity of solution and concentration of Cu(Ⅱ ). The results show that: the capability of modified chitosan can be increased greatly; the adsorbent capacity of the ramification is 2.07× 10^-3 mol/mg more than that of the raw chitosan; the breakthrough point of the ramification appears after 390 minutes, and length of adsorption zone is shortened by 0.95 cm comparing with original ehitosan. The efficiency of adsorbent column can be increased with increases in pH and increases in concentration of Cu ( Ⅱ).
