超声波法合成二苯并-18-冠-6 被引量:1

Preparation of Dibenzo-18-crown-6 with Ultrasonic Synthesis

摘要 采用超声波反应器,以邻苯二酚、二甘醇和对甲基苯磺酰氯等为原料,二甲亚砜为溶剂,氢氧化钾为催化剂兼模板剂,合成二苯并-18-冠-6(DB18C6)。产物经IR和1HNMR表征。合成收率达到42%。较之传统方法具有操作简单、反应时间短、反应条件温和等优势。 Dibenzo-18-crown-6(DB18C6) is synthesized by ultrasonic synthetic method using pyrocatechol ,diglycol and 4-toluenesulfonyl chloride as startmg marerlals, using and using potassium hydroxide as catalyst and template reagent. The product was characterizede by IR and ^1 H NMR. The experiment result shows that the new synthetic method has some better properties than traditional methods have, such as mild reaction conditions (no protection of nitrogen gas) .short reaction time (1.5h) .high yield (42%) ,etc. and it is a new method for synthesis of crown.
