废钢渣用于转炉炼钢压渣调渣的实践与分析

THE FACTORY PRACTICE AND ANALYSIS ABOUT STEEL SLAG USED TO PRESS SLAG AND ADJUST SLAG ON CONVERTER STEELMAKING

介绍了废钢渣结合增碳剂用于转炉炼钢压渣调渣的实践,并对此进行了分析、探讨。生产实践表明:冶炼终点通过采用废钢渣结合碳质材料压渣调渣,大部分炉次实现了不倒炉直接出钢并获得了较好的溅渣护炉效果,采用该技术能为攀钢创造巨大的经济效益和社会效益。

The text introdnced the factory practice of using abandoned steel slag combined with carbonaceous mass to press slag and adjust slay in converter steel maing, and analysis and discussion was also carried on. The productive practice showed that;most of heats could tap without being turned down and aohieved a better effect of proteoting the converter by slay splasling through using abandoned steel slay combined with carbonaceous materials to press slay and ajust slay;and using the technology wouldcreate great eoonomic benefits and sociol henefits for PZH Steel.
