摘要 基于行为导向的模拟讯问教学法是一种双向教学手段,具有教学过程的交互性和教学环境的情境性,让学生在了解侦查讯问基本知识的基础上,通过模拟讯问掌握一定的讯问技能,较好地完成侦查讯问学的教学目的和任务。文章从基于行为导向的模拟讯问法的简要概述,模拟讯问教学法在侦查讯问教学中的实施过程,模拟讯问教学法之于侦查讯问教学的价值,目前模拟讯问教学法在侦查讯问教学运用中存在的问题及未来发展展望等几个方面加以论述。 The teaching method of simulant interrogation based on behavior - orientation is a two - way teaching measure and has interaction during teaching process and context in teaching environment. It can make students learn about the basic knowledge of investigation and interrogation and master some interrogations skills through sim- ulant interrogation, so that the teaching aim and task can be fulfilled well. This paper gives a brief summary of this method, analyses its process and values in interrogation teaching, puts forwards some problems in practical teaching and tells its expectation of the method as well.
